Considering the enormous population of Ghanaians in the country. We constantly face a dire question - Trust! Can i trust him/her? We keep asking that question and wonder if the next person asks the same thing. Trust to me is the complete believe in the abilities of the other person.
Gene's blog made me realise that trust in the modern Ghana so far is just how well you give/receive favours. Most of our youth will tell you one thing when asked WHY they trust their friends - He/She will do anything i ask of him/her. Can that be the ideal way of trusting in someone? Or is there the hint of convenience in this? After all, if my friend can do all that for me then hes to be trusted- right?!
To me the believe in my friends is what makes me trust them. From gene to Joshua and all the people in my life i call and introduce as a friend cos' i won't call yo my friend unless i know YOU!!
